I am looking for wearables for remote patient monitoring that does not require to be used with a phone, and the device should be able to measure BP, HR, SpO2 and temperature. Ideally, the wearable could be connected to the network via WiFi and data will need to be exported at set intervals (up to per second if needed) to a server for analysis and recording.
